After visiting http://freetube.com, which requested my credit card number as an age verification measure, I discovered I was being billed by Webjtcharge for $39.85 monthly on my VISA card, despite the fact that the website clearly stated I would NOT be billed. I neither purchased nor agreed to buy anything. I have disputed this charge with VISA, and they are investigating this as a fraudulent charge.
