This is a plain and simple, i hired them through my shopify account for a multivdnor plug in, they took 1 month with excuses and reasons they could not perfrom. In the end i got nothing, no mutlivendor site to speak of, no excuse why they did not perform, and when i ask for a refund they are no where to be found. Save yourself some money and the heart ache and stay away

This is reference to all your allegations that you have posted here:
We did all the customization in the multivendor plugin as specified by the customer and delivered it to the client. But there was some misconfusion with the requirement, as we already mentioned before that we won't be handling the subscription part and that needs to be managed by the client. We have proof of all the conversations with the client. You can contact us anytime to have the same. But later when we were almost finished with the work, then the client came up with the customer subscription part.
In the subscription part, client wants us to integrate the plan for subscription from his previous website which requires effort and time on the development end. But since the client is not that technically sound, so he has issues with the costing incurred in teh sunscription and the payment part involved in the same. Also we were the one to inform him to uninstall the app, if he is not willing to use our app because after few days his charges would be deducted.
Our team has put their time and effort which i think only a technical person can understand but I don't blame the client if he is unable to understand the same as he is from a different background.
We were genuine with the client in all our communications but due to some misunderstanding of the website flow to the client, things did not go off well as at the end client was not ready to cooperate.

I just wanted to be get some type of reolve, either get all or a protion money back and here is their repsonse to my filing this report, whihc tell me that all of thier proeucts are non refundable.

Plugins sales is our business and we are doing it from last 5 years . we want to build business based on Unique product and excellent service . Not by the threat of bad comments and post . In your case we have no fault . we did everything as discussed with you .
To be very frank with you , we are world biggest player in plugin market (https://store.webkul.com) and As we are in non -tangible product category . we cann't provide any refund in any case because we already put our effort in development . so we never afraid of bad comment
