I got an e-mail offering me to make great money processing Fedex Refunds. I gave them $39.95 on 8-19-03 and now I find out the whole thing was a scam. How do these type of people get away with stuff like this for so long and seem to get away with it?
Aren't there laws to protect us against people like these. If not, there should be. Now, what do I do?
