 Please stay away from this company. Mainly because of the owner Shane Merem. Nothing but lies and then you end up getting stuck with him. You are better off hiring your own developers to do the work. Websiteforge.com is bad for your business. Shane Merem is an angry little man and treats his customers like crap. I cannot say too much because he will find out who I am and treat our company even worse. He is by far the most disrespectful person I have met in doing business. Stay AWAY. He takes constructive critism and fudes with you. He will make you pay financially if he does not like you and kill company moral. Signed ANGRY WebsiteForge user.

This person obviously knows me and my companies.  I have looked over every support ticket and billing issue and my notes of any customer I talked to in the last 6 months that could of possibly resulted in this inflammatory remark.

I wish there were any kind of fact or something I could work off of.

I've been in the same business for 20 years.  I have an excellent track record with both my web development companies.  The only other comment in this website was already proven to be fraud and if you look at all the rebuttals by myself and customers..

Without any real facts or information or the ability to try to find out why this person is so upset I cannot do anything to help. 

I have always told my customers "It's not IF anything will go wrong.. It's how we handle something when it DOES go wrong".  I'm ready to figure out why this person is upset.  Obviously I need to do something to help this person if I can.

I have a team that handles 99% of billing and support issues so it would be easy for me to pick out a negative interaction in the last 6 months and I cannot remember any and even called a couple people wondering if they were somehow upset... I got nothing.. Yet this person is singling me out specifically?

So in short this is literally just an erroneous attempt to be mean to me for some reason.. I have no other facts to go on.  Anyone reading this can see it's emotionally charged and has no factual content.  I wish I could help.  I cannot.  

If the person that posted this is willing to call me I promise Ill do soemthing to help.
