This web hosting Company called my office, spoke to an employee. The employee specifically told them he was not authorized to ok their service. The conversation was recorded, and it was stoped and started, and they coached the employee to say certain things, and when the recorded part is played back,it might apear to have been authorized. We already had a web service: It would ahve been ludicrest to have applied for a redundant service. The billing went on our SBC phone bill, and they will not ake it off.
