It looks as if I have been scammed (again). Back in Aug. 10 I purchased a web site via "AMERICASWEBMALL" and then was directed to WebTech Strategies for the marketing campaign.

For $2,200 I was to receive 300,000 targeted visitors to my website and various other items. I was told they only payout after the end of each calender qtr. so in Sept. I called and talked to "TOM" (I have his last name) and was told it would be up to several weeks as my site was new and talked me into upgrading my site in Sept.which cost $2,500and would create a custom domain, Google Pay per Click, SES and an additional 120,000 targeted visitors. Well I haven't received a single penny from this venture.

Its now mid Jan. 2011 so I decided to call and find out the status and when I would receive my first commission check as I had gone thru a complete Qtr. and knew of several people who actually used my site to do their christmas shopping. Guess what, phone has been disconnected, their website is not available and to make it even worse, neither is mine.

So, this explains a call I received last week from another company telling me that Americas WebMall was going out of business and he was trying to get their clients. I was unable to talk to him at the time and asked him to call me back later so I could figure out what was going on, but have not received a call back.

So, what do I do from here? Out $4,700, so much for trusting anyone.
