WebVitamins Misleading and Deceptiive Sales Internet

I have a repeating Amazon order for Hair Wonder Colour & Care Black (approx $14).  I waited a very long time for the next shipment and then contacted WebVItamis by phone They said they were out of stock and waiting on shipment from the manufacturer.  But I noticed the product on their website for sale for $23.  I questioned Webvitamins about this and they said they would honor the Amazon price and ship to me when they get it from the manufacturer.  I then receied an email from WebVitamins saying that my order was being shipped on a specific date.  It never arrived nor was my credit card charged so I called and was told it was not shipped as they were still out of stock and waiting for shipment form the manufacturer.  Yet they cntinue to sell it at the higher price on their website.  I feel like they want me to get tired of waiting and cancel my order, then they can turn around and resell it to me at the higher price when "it comes in from the manufacturer."  In my opinion this reeks of deceptive trade practices.
