Weisleder Ford, Lincoln Mercury, Mazda Dealer Says:Never in an Accident, Body Shop Says: Only about $11,000.000 worth of Damage Brick New Jersey
*Consumer Comment: What do you mean by "certified"?
I purchased a used vehicle that was certified by Weisleder as never having been in an accident. Within two weeks of purchasing the vehicle, I found that there was evidence severe damage and improper repair to the vehicle.
I contacted Weisleder about this. They could not care less...In spite of several calls to the dealership who's owners and manager seem to never be in or at meetings all day. They have not returned a call in order to resolve the issues.

"I purchased a used vehicle that was certified by Weisleder as never having been in an accident."
If you have some piece of paper from the dealer that represents that the car was never in an accident, then you've got grounds to take them to court.
If you mean some salesman told you that it had never been in an accident then you're probably out of luck. You likely signed an "as is" agreement at purchase (which is common to most used car sales) that stated that you accepted the car in its present condition. Pre-purchase inspections and Carfax reports can drastically improve your odds of getting what you pay for.
