Welch Financial Group - First National Bank Texas Got a fraud check from them! Buffalo New York

I got in the mail a letter that I won money from Consumers reward program..Said I won the amount of $39,000 and sent me a cashier check for $3950.00 which is a fraud..I called the bank that was named on the cashier check and there was no record of the checks number and or my name and address. I called Wendy Diaz in the number in the letter and said to deposit and would have my money in 48 hours to call her first in 2 days..I am taking the information I got to the post office for fraud..
