WEN Products wouldn't reissue refund Nationwide

 I CANCELLED my Order back in March and Co. wouldn't give me a Refund. Then they had the nerve to Charge my Account Twice. I went through the BBB and tried to gte my Refund and was told they were going to give me a Refund. I think they're now using some Technique to make the BBB think they Issued a rRefund even though they didn't. for the purpose of an onoing Dispute and then turning aournd and having the BBB close the case because they thought you were Issued a Refund. My bank sent a Fax of my Banking Records and they Charged me twice. As of 6/22/2015 I'm still waiting on my Refund of $52.00 and will not remove this Report until I'm REIMBURSED..

Don't send me some Fax number in The Carolinas and tell me to send my information, already done. Send me My Money...
