Post number 2 in this claim is completely fraudulent.  My name is Rich Zuchowski and I am the owner and admin of FaunaClassifieds.com where the Board Of Inquiry (BOI) forum is located.  My admin handle on that site is "WebSlave".  I did not post the above statements that are alluded to being made by me, and the person posting as such has done so fraudulently.

Heck, I didn't realize I have become famous enough to be impersonated.  :)

Wesley Pollock was an active member of my website, a discussion forum at faunaclassifieds.com and unfortunately due to his frequent lack of respect to both wildlife and the moderation staff he was permanently banned from my forum, many of his rude and disrespectful remarks to members of a hierarchy can be found there, unfortunately I cannot paste some of his quotes regarding the continued abuse of local wildlife because this site simply does not support "copy & paste" code.

Having said that, Wesley Pollock will never again be allowed in my forums and he has contributed to many online debates that have become rather irrelevant in the field of herpetology as he has chosen to do so by his own actions. Mr Pollock has continued to lash out and disregarded regulations and policies that have been strictly enforced by the moderators I have assigned.

I personally would not purchase these questionable reptiles from Mr Pollock, and would advise everyone in contact with him to discreetly, and fully consider other options through my Board of Inquiry (B.O.I.) forum.

Mr Wes Pollock is an "active" member of the Southwestern Herpetological Society, Los Angeles Chapter and the Board of Directors have received multiple complaints regarding Mr Pollock's questionable practices and rude bahavior throughout the online communities, however they have failed to respond.
