West Coast Call Center Never came through on promised appointments or performance! California

After spending thousands of dollars we never recieved one worthy lead appointment. We we promised a number of appointments per month which was never kept. We then took our discontent up with West Coast Call Center's ownership requesting some of our money back. Thier response, "There are no guarantees in Marketing" therefore we are not returning any of your money to you. In my opinion, STAY CLEAR of West Coast Call Center.

Terry, we are sorry you had issues closing the appointments we set for DHW Insurance Brokers. When you first expressed your dissatisfaction, we offered to work an additional 25 hours for free, you declined to give us the opportunity to make amends. As of this reply we have also attempted to reach out to offer a partial refund as we stand behind our services and the work was performed as contracted.
For readers considering this review, please allow us to provide context. Our company is a service provider, we were contracted to call businesses and set appointments for Terry to provide insurance quotes. While we do provide averages, we don't make promises or guarantees other than to perform the work we are contracted to do. Our averages are compiled against all of our various campaigns, so one should expect any particular campaign to fall inside a normal distribution of a bell curve created with our averages at the peak.
As with any marketing, the ROI is dependant upon multiple factors not the least of which is the quality of the list from which all efforts arise, but saturation of your target market and the offering itself (which is up to our client) are also factors that ensure no two campaigns are the same. In this case, we were able to set 10 appointments with confirmed insurance decision makers on the property and casualty campaign.
The workers compensation campaign unfortunately did not produce results as the list Terry provided had only company names with no numbers to call, we were directed to search for the contact information online, find the correct company by way of name only. Without an address as reference to ensure we were targeting the company whose xmods were applicable to the offer, it was far from effective - not to mention this unorthodox approach automatically ensures the campaign results would be an outlier of the bell curve as no other campaigns are done this way. This was a huge factor in the overall failure of that portion of the campaign. This was something we advised against, but we did run the campaign as we were directed. Eventually we were allowed to cut that portion of the campaign out and we focused on the property and casualty list which we purchased to produce the results mentioned above.
It is our sincere hope that we can come to some agreement that is fair to both Terry and our company as we have already paid our staff to create and complete the marketing campaign in question.
