West Point Relocation - All Points Van Lines - Power Point Movers West Point Relocators scam, did not receive shipment, lost all payment, company has changed phone number Pacoima, California

i payed a deposit of 1120.00on 10-24-09, and the balance of 1680.00 on the day of pick up of my household goods.  the pick up was 10-29-09 in Honolulu, and our military family moved to Louisville, Ky. 

The movers wanted more money after they loaded our goods, and tried to upsale packing (even though my packing was finished).  i immediately picked up the phone, when the mover said, "i'm not charging you, its okay."  so, i hung up. 

i have called to inquire about my shipment several times, and the shipping dates has changed 3-4 times.  now, their phone is disconnected, and we are missing more than $5,000.00 worth of goods, and we are out $2800.00
