i hired westchester wildlife to solve a squirrel problem in my home. i gave them two credit cards to split the bill on. they ended up charging me the full amount of the job on each card. when i called the office to request a refund they gave me the runaround, were very rude, and finally told me to take it up with the cc company. on top of that they never caught a squirrel. they told me i had red squirrels, turns out i have flying squirrels. had to hire another company to solve the problem. still fighting the cc charges.

Thank you Westchester Wildlife! For 10 years we've owned a great home near Wampus Pond in Armonk, and for as long as I can remember we've had a horrible problem with countless squirrels in the attic. You tracked their entry points, made the necessary repairs, and continued tracking key areas for over a week. Thank you for doing such a great job. Your workmanship was detail oriented and your prices were competitive. Next time we'll call you sooner. --Bradley M., Armonk, NY

This review concerning Westchester Wildlife is 100% false. We request that these false statements be redacted, or we will take legal action. If this were truly an upset customer, our response would be to immediately connect offline with that customer, work to resolve their issue, and if a satisfactory result can be achieved, ask that they note the resolution as an update to their review. Since this is the work of a disgruntled former employee (now competitor), the chances of resolution are low. Please contact Westchester Wildlife directly with any concerns or questions.
