Western Asset Management Legg Mason Extortion/Harrassment/Fake Debt Collector Pasadena California

My first interaction with them, was a Unknown Caller which I would not normally have answered but it was early and I was kind of "out of it". The caller knew my name and address and said they were from Docusign and were sending someone out to get my signature on a claim filed against me.

I asked what this was about. They said they couldn't tell me who it was from but they could give me the number so I could resolve it over the phone. So I called the number and they informed me that I owed a debt for a car I had approximately 15 years ago.

After I looked the phone # up online and matched it with Western Asset Management I discovered this company has been sued for fraud multiple times. They have multiple numbers and use fake names I'm guessing. They also go by Legg Mason and have been constantly calling me ever since.

Please please... don't suspend there license or put them under new management. Find these SOB's and arrest them and shut their business down for good. It seems like public citizens should get paid for being the detectives if we are the ones that are putting in all the work!
