Western Deversified Western Deversified refused to pay off the balance owed on my truck after after the insurance company had paid their part. I paid Western. Deversified 3 years in advance for my gap insurance. and I feel they should pay the balance owed on my totaled vehicle . Nationwide

On 10/09/2013, my home burned down. Along with my home, i also lost. my business. and two vehicles . The insurance company paid what they could on the vechicles. I then turned to my gap insurance policy through Western Deversified to payoff tbe balance on my truck because it had an upside down loan on it. They refused to pay off the truck. I paid my gap insurance through them 3 years in advance. I believe they should have to pay the balance on the truck.
