so i been with Western union for few years now and everytime i see a unknown charged on my card they said it can not be refundin back to my card , and tell me to wait 20 to 40 days while they open a case up and cancel my card and send me another one. this issue has been going on for a long time now. i never get the money put back on my card cause they always coming up with something _they is taking folks money off there card the is a ripoff to everyone
