Bought a one visit week at Planet Hollywood towers. Guaranteed specific dates week asked about. When called to book told they were sold out. Called ten times no help only their BS. Cust service person proceeded to book us for nights we did not want or ask for. Checked with online travel sites such as travelocity. Rooms are indeed available at this timeshare on the specific dates but atrt twice the price if we book with them, So sorry we did this a total rip off don't go near them.
