A 10-minute Westmed Ambulance service from Urgentcare to ER cost me $1,878.45. This is more than a round-trip air fare from US to anywhere in the world. These guys are the primary reason why America's healthcare system is fundementally broken.

The reason is that healthcare CEOs are paid way too much money! I used to work for a Healthcare company and the CEO is on of the highest paid CEOs in the country. So what is the reason you needed an ambulance to go 10 minutes away??? What was your emergency?? Remember that is it not the ride as much as it is the medication you had, oxygen etc etc.
