Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I bought pool in March 2009, & paid extra to have it installed.
As of May 21, 2009 this pool is not functional.
The installers did not hook up a filter, nor did they provide a ladder!
Several phone calls to Westrock have failed to resolve this issue.

Westrock delivered a pool ladder and pool steps but left these items uninstalled and lying on my lawn!
I paid $945 to have my pool installed-- and it has been difficult to get them to finish the job.
Several phone calls yesterday were unsuccessful in getting anyone to finish the installation job.
At this point in time, I am still more than dissatisfied with their service.
I made a big mistake doing business with Westrock Pool and Spa, and would caution consumers to learn from my mistake.

After several phone calls Westrock Pool and Spa delivered a pool ladder/ pool steps this afternoon.
The installers did not come as of yet, but the parts are here!
