Bronco Construction of North Royalton Ohio and Westview Concrete of Olmsted Falls Ohio ..driveway rip-off

After we had our driveway installed about 6 months passed and we noticed that it was flaking off. We contacted the company that installed the driveway, Bronco Construction, and were told that it was not their fault that it must have been a poor grade of concrete.

We contacted the concrete company, Westview Concrete, and were told that it was not their fault it must have been the contractors. To prove if the concrete is bad we were told that we would have to pay for a coring in order for a test to be done. The coring costs close to $2,000.00. This is the really good part. If the concrete was faulty, they will only replace the cost of the concrete, which is minimal. They will not refund the amount that the contractor was paid for the installation.

So, you see that they have you by the "balls". Just beware, before you have that beautiful new driveway, patio, etc. poored, you are screwed if the final outcome is bad. The companies involved were Bronco Construction of North Royalton Ohio, and Westview Concrete of Olmsted Falls Ohio. Thank you very much for allowing me to vent my frustrations.
