I placed an order 7 Oct 2007 using Pay Pal. I was charged right away. I missed the window to retreive my money through paypal. Tried to give the company time to send my order because I'm at an APO, AE mailing address.
Received order confirmation, emailed the company at the recommed email address several times and no reply. I never received my order or my money back. tpo9672193@aol.com was the email listed through PAY PAL never received a reply from that email address either. This company Stole my money.

To C.T I met some one that order something form wet touch world and they stated that they have been treaded ok for what they was told is that they was having some problem at the company so they was refund there money and they did get there money back. If i was you i would go to the web sit or send a email to service@wettouchworld.com witch i did for better and faster respone and they should get back to you in three day for that is how long i got a respons back, it did take few weeks to get my money back but i final get it back, well i shop with them a gain well maybe for i am the kind of person that like to giv my self time when i shop so next time when i shop with them i will email them first to find out if they have it or order with a credit card for i know i will not be charge till i get the item. hope this help you and GOOD LOCK!!
