WH Candy cannot be trusted. I was being forced to pay an additional $75 to expedite my cookie order by Sam. When I asked to speak to a Manager, Sam hung up on me. When I called back, I was told Sam and Michelle Jeffries made notes that I hung up and they decided to cancel my order. Why would I hang up when WH Candy has my money and pending order? Why didn't they call me back? Why did they cancel my order without confirmation?
