Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
These guys came over and saw the unit was frozen over. they let it defrost but then claimed that the reason it froze up was too much refrigerant which they charged me 600 to remove. they said the fan was dirty and charged me nearly 200 dollars to clean it.
the next day the unit froze up again. the week later it failed.
when the next 2 AC professionals came out to bid they both said that too much refrigerant had NOTHING TO DO with it freezing and that I was incredibly ripped off.
