I made an appt for AC maintenence with whipple. On the day of appt I got a call that the tech would not arrive. the rep was rude and unapologetic for the inconvenience. she did reschedule me for 10 days later and whipple NEVER showed up and never called. LOUSY Lousy service!
From what I have been reading I guess I am lucky they didn't show.
