White Over Nite ripoff Deceptive Buisness practices Ontario California

Wow, where should I start. First off, I didn't get a confirmation number until i refreshed the page that I ordered. then I was told that I would only have to pay for the shipping and handling charges. They ended up sending me 2 orders. After I seen that they had charged my debit card twice for the total of $160, I called them to let them know that I wasn't interested in having this charged to my account, and that I was aware that I wouldn't be charged. I called them as soon as I had seen this, and I was assured that I would only recieve one that they would cancel one of the orders. Well, I got 2 packages in the mail. I called the company to let them know that I didn't want to get charged at all since it was almost $100 for the kit( and that was only the 1st part of the order). The customer Service Agent that I called disputed the fact that I even cancelled the orders in the 1st place, and on top of that that I would be charged $15.95 plus 1/2 of one of the orders if I decided to return it. I told them that I didn't want any of it charged to me since I was lied to. She was very disrespectful, and when I asked to speak to her supervisor, she informed me that the supervisor doesn't get on the phone. Also, that they would cancel only one of the orders, but that it would take at least 30 days to recieve my money back. Now, why does it take that long to get my money back when it only took them 7 days to take the money out of my account. This is the defination of a scam, and I would advise anyone who is thinking about ordering from them, DON'T!!!!!! I am still fighting to get my money back.
