I am a victim of this ridiculous scam. I never agreed to anything other than $3.95 for a trial. I never saw anything about being enrolled in a monthly service. I also never received the product. I never got any written notification of this and then they had the nerve to put it on my credit report. They haven't received any money from me thank God, but it is jacking up my credit. I am interested in filing a class action lawsuit against them. Any takers?
