White Overnite Rip Off and Very Bad Customer Service - VERY hard to get Las Vegas Nevada

When you "Agree" online to the trial offer, this company has now made an example of why you should not click on these types of options without REALLY reading all information. When I did make the decision to cancel the order, I have now given up on the option to receive ANY refund at all.

After I emailed the correct URL for my cancellation, I found out that it is required that I speak with "Lilly" IN ORDER TO CANCEL!!! AND RECEIVE ANY TYPE OF REFUND.

I had sent the initial package back via US Mail and paid a little under $10.00 to have package sent back. Then after I inquired online about my refund, I was emailed by a "Lilly" , customer service agent that she HAD to talk to me first before I could obtain any type of cancellation or refund.

I had recently decided to cut off my home phone after being on short term disability from my 15 year career job due to severe depression and found that my bills were stacking up and I could not afford to have the product. I received a very nasty voicemail on my cell phone stating that this was the company's second request to contact me.

I was told that out of the initial payment I was only going to receive $34.95 back due to all the various non-refundable fees that they have and I would NOT get any type of refund UNLESS I called back with my tracking number from my return. NOw the represntative verified that they received the package back & it was received within the first 30 days but in order to refund any money, I had to have this tracking number for their system. This is ludicrous!!!

I got so angry I just informed them I was reporting this behavior and I now know that unless I spend numerous additional time and hours on this, I am writing this in hopes that no one else does this scam and gets stuck like I did! I wish there was some help in stopping this scam!
