White River Environmental Services, LLC The driver of their truck damaged personal property on my jobsite Springdale AR

On or about May 4th, 2022, White River Enviormental sent a truck to service the portable toilet on my jobsite. The service truck managed to drive in an area not near the location of the portable toilet he was servicing which had a 2017 Chevy 2500 bumper setting.

The truck ran over the bumper and did damage. My wife was on-site and heard the damage occur. The driver and my wife managed to get the bumper back setting upright and she informed him I'd be calling the next day about this situation. I did call and inform the company that the damaged bumper would have to be replaced and they asked if I'd buy another one and send them the invoice.

I called the office at least every two weeks or so and would ask to speak with the owner or manager and each time I was promised a call back. This went on until about the first of September when the came to remove the portable toilet because the home was completed.

I spoke with the office again and asked when I'd be paid for the damage that had occurred and again I got a promise someone would call me but that didn't happen. When the truck showed up to remove the portable toilet I asked him if he was the driver the day the bumper got hit by the truck he was driving and he said yes.

I then requested the liability insurance certificate from his truck and while he was getting it he called his office on speaker phone, the recipient of the call told him to not give me any info and to grab the toilet and get out of there, and stated we aren't paying for his bumper.

At that time I blocked the trucks path from exiting the property and called the Sheriffs department and let them handle the situation, I've since been given the insurance information and have filed a claim. This company is being managed by people that are not honest and at least one employee that will change his story when a dishonest manager/owner instructs him to do so.

I would recommend anyone who is thinking of using a portable toilet company to steer clear of White River Enviormental Services LLC. There are numerous others to choose from that would have a higher level of character and integrity. This company has clearly demonstrated that they only care about themselves and not their customers.
