WhiteOvernite - Kyfission ripoff, credit card fraud Mountain View California

I ordered a "FREE TRIAL" of white overnite, never even received my free trial and cancelled my account only to have them charge me 106.00 for a product I did not order.

I sent the product back and after 26 phone calls and leaving numerous messages and emails, finally got a person only to be told that they do not give refunds and it is not possible to cancel your account before the 106.00 first shipment. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one wasn't available and the csr dod not wknow when one would become available.

I called again the next day and was told (yes , I got a real live person two days in a row) the same except this gentleman was nice enough to hang up on me (I didn't even use profanity, wanted to but didn't). I have since filed a complaint with the BBB and am cosidering a class action suit. I suggest others do the same.
