Whitestone Animal Hospital Dr. Merker Quack Posing As A Veterinarian Whitestone New York

My mother's dog was brought into Whitestone Animal Hospital at 149-38 14th Ave Whitestone, New York 11357 after having suddenly become motionless while at play.

Dr. Merker diagnosed a broken femur bone which turned out to be a misdiagnosis. Another doctor checked the dog's x-rays and found a tumor in the dog's stomach which had ruptured and the dog died the next day. 

Every attempt to resolve this matter in court is met with stalling tactics on the part of the defendants who cannot defend their unprofessional conduct and constantly adjourn the case causing us to have to make multiple appearances in court.
