WLG was contracted to provide a credit card settlement service. We canceled their service without ever having a settlement offer provided by WLG . Their accumulative fees charged to us for 'account services' amounted to over 80% of our Settlement Funds which we had transferred to them for use if and when a payoff had been reached. Upon the conclusion of our business WLG paid themselves without providing a dept settlement with our funds and said we will receive our refund in 7 to10 days. Those charged fees are so completely out of balance with the dept we were attempting to settle and they left us without funds to attempt a settlement on our own. 

The WLG service rep told my wife prior to her retaining WLG that there is no fee charged to her, but she did not disclose to her the OVER CHARGED fees at the conclusion of the service. I now realize why every time my wife called for an update on the settlement they kept telling her that she had not yet transferred enough funds to establish a viable dialog. Duh . . from their side we were barely covering their fees that they intended to hammer us with at the conclusion. Wow . . well done WLG service rep, that was a major lack of disclosure!
