I HAVE CONTACTED YOU ALL SEVERAL TIMES. I HAVE MAILS STATING THIS WAS CANCELLED AND THAT I WOULD BE RECEIVING MY REFUND OF 15.86. TO THIS DAY 09/20/2018 I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY REFUND. I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH JOHN WHO SAID THAT IT WAS PLACED IN MY ACCOUNT ON 9/20/2018 WHICH ISN'T TRUE. I ASKED HIM TO TRANSFER ME TO THE BILLING DEPT. AND HE DISCONNECTED THE CALL.

WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN IS A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT AGAINST YOU ALL FOR STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLES ACCOUNTS.

YOU ARE CRIMINALS AND THIS IS CRIMINAL!!!!
