Wholesale Transmission Distributor Got All Auto Parts They sell a horrible prouct and blame it on your cooling system, I've been w/o a car for 10 months Saginaw Michigan

I purchased a re-built transmission for my 04 Oldsmobile Bravada for $850 including delivery on 12/9/13, from Wholesale Transmission Distributor (WTD). I was told it had a three year unlimited mileage warranty. They have sent me the first transmission in late December, COD. I paid the delivery charge of $98 and had my mechanic install, assuring the cooling system was flushed and working, at a cost of $1000. That tranny lasted until late March. After numerous phone calls and e-mails, they agreed to ship me another tranny in late April. No transmission showed up until July, again COD.

I paid those charges and had my licensed mechanic install again, this time he did it for $750. That transmission lasted two weeks. I called WTD and after they spoke to my mechanic they insisted they would send a new transmission after I sent the old one back. The old one was returned but after numerous promises to send another transmission I have not received anything. I requested a refund and they bluntly said no, stating I was not entitled to one as they have sent and it has been over a year. At that point Jeff from WTD guaranteed it would be at my mechanic 10/2/13. No tranny arrived. 

I continue to call every ay and every day they insist a tranny will be shipped in the next few days.  It is now 10/17/13 an still without a refund or my transmission.
