i ordered plague in oct 07. i called whos who in dec. feb. mar. in mar 08 the phone number was no longer in service. i contacted bbb in college park ga. they did not receive a response.

i have not received a refund or the plaque as of july 03 08. the cost of the plaque was $47.00.
