Pure and simple, they called me up. I asked them how long they are in business. They told me 17 years. I looked online, they are 2 years old company. I conclude they are a complete scam. No need to say anything more

I called them up the next day to cancel my order. They insisted they have shipped my personalized certificate and other items as promised. I did not receive anything from them ever since. I ended up to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. My credit card company sent me a letter to instate that they will investigate the issue. I really hope the authority steps in to stop the scam.
