My daughter received a letter stating that she was going to be included in this book. Since I am very proud of the hard work so puts into whatever she acheives I naturally wanted a copy of this book. Well, I paid for a book and plaque in October 2009. I repeatedly tried to contact them but to no avail. I had phone calls go unanswered. Next the voice mail boxes were full and the most recent is telling me that the number has been disconnected and no further information is available. Next, I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they had no better luck contacting them than I did. All I want is my money back for the items that I purchased and never received.
