My wife and I received a letter from Who'sWho Registry of Academic Excellence in October 2009 stating our son has been approved for listing in the 2009-2010 edition for Middle School. We completed all required forms and placed our order for his plaque($50.00 plus tax). We filed our initial complaint in November 2010. It is now February 2011 and we have not received his plaque, our refund, or a response.
