Why not lease it Tempoe llc Put me into a collection agency and then wont talk to me about the account at all. I believe that someone may have stole my identity

 Recently seen a credit pop up on my credit report stating that a collection agency is collecting a huge debt for tempoe llc. I called the collection agency and noone answers or calls me back so i call tempoe llc (why not lease it) and they tell me that they can not look at the account and tell me what it is and refuses to help with anything. They just repeatedly tell me to call the collection agency. I have no clue what the account is from and it may most likely be fraudulent but I can not find answers.
