I bought a 10ft USB cable from Widget Love.  It stopped working 2 months of light use.  I wrote customer service and they said they don't replace anything after 30 days.

Thanks for your offer to help.  (It would be nice if I could've gotten this answer without filing a report here. Customer service did not suggest any solutions when I wrote in.)  

My order # is 100050264

The item was plugged into the wall and used normally and just stopped working one day so I assume it is a manufacturing defect.

Hi there,

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your 10" USB Cable. If you've received damaged / defective product, Widget Love will provide a replacement free of charge within 30 Days. If your item was received in good working order and was later damaged and non-working, we would be happy to replace your item, however, you are required to return the damaged good as part of your warranty.

Please provide us with your ORDER ID number so we can further look into your purchase and if indeed your item is no longer working due to manufacturing related reasons, we will provide you with a replacement accordingly. However, if your product was damaged for reasons other than factory defects, please be advised that we cannot bare responsibility.

We are here to help, please provide additional information so we can help.
