WidgetLove.com Failure to get assistance with defective purchase Internet

I previously attempted to contact widgetlove in complaint of an item I ordered through Dealfind.com. I
purchased a voucher (#120616-892358-001) at $17 for a "plush twilight turtle night light, including
shipping & tax in the color pink". The item arrived several weeks after the order was placed. It requires
batteries. New batteries were purchased & the toy does not work. I have sent two emails and have got
no response in over a week!

After sending email after email back and forth with Dealfind.com, my money was refunded. I deleted my account and no longer will be a customer of Dealfind.com or Widget Love. This experience was a great example of terrible customer service. I bought this toy for my daughter and she was never able to use it.
