Wild Rose Vacations Didn't want to give Money back and the deals aren't as good as they say they are!! Edmonton Alberta

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Went to a presentation joined and paid almost $6000.00 was told I would save 50% on cruises 20% on car rentals, airfare hotels and could get me aq condo anywhere but when I tried to get prices the travel agents don't call back until you leave several messages and then are rude when they do.
The savings are nothing close to what they tell you in the presentation so when I cancelled they are suppose to give your money back in 15 days but took over 3 weeks to get mine back....total rip off stay away!!

John,
Would you please be kind enough to provide some sort of proof that this is not a hoax or a post by a disgruntled employee or employee of the competition. I believe in freedom of speech and understand that the internet offers a place to voice your concerns, but as an employee who is very hands on within this company I find it hard to believe this actually occurred.
The fact that you mention being promised 50% on cruises creates suspicion. Our guarantee, the one that every member receives in writing, states that if an individual finds a lower price on the same cruise, all inclusive or tour package Wild Rose Vacations will give the member back the difference plus 10%.
Finally, our representatives as well as our agreement (the one you would of had to of signed in order for this post to be accurate) states that there are NO SAVINGS ON AIRFARE. If any company tells you they can save you 20% on airfare, take your money and run.
So John, please provide a membership number and proof of this occurring and I will be sure to contact you and hopefully come to some sort of solution that leaves both parties happy. I would hope that if no proof is provided RipoffReport will have the integrity to remove this potentially libelous post.
