The problem...

The problem is NOT that YOU are getting scammed. The problem is that YOU DID NOT READ WHAT YOU WERE AGREEING TO!!! And nothing more!! YOU clicked on a button or tab that said "I AGREE" when you did that, YOU entered into a reoccurring billing. Had you read ALL of the information there you would have seen this for yourself. So how in ANY stretch of the imagination can YOU sit there and claim that they are scamming YOU when YOU cant even be bothered to READ what you are getting yourself into. YOUR overdrafts are YOUR FAULT!!! YOU did not read. YOU did not have enough to cover what you did not read about. This is on YOU for YOUR lack of due diligence. In the future, READ what you are agreeing to!! THAT is the ONLY sure fire way to ensure YOU are not getting "scammed". What YOU are calling a scam is simply YOUR inability to read. You can go to your bank and TRY and have it reversed but once the company YOU ordered the item from presents that YOUR IP address did in fact "AGREE" to the electronic contract, well lets put it this way. Its better to keep quiet and let everyone assume you don't know what you are talking about then to open said mouth and dispel all doubt. Cancel your next shipments, get a new card, and save going to the bank until there is an actual issue outside of your control. Banks no longer fall for the "I didn't know or understand". When they find out that you did indeed agree to it all, the bank MAY issue you a credit but it will only be a one time event and ANY other such events will be ignored. I can not stress this enough.........READ EVERYTHING!!!
