William Bo Frazier Beth Roth Collude And Corrupt -- Stay Away From Them Albuquerque, New Mexico

I am attorney Bo Frazier, the person being so strongly criticized in this report.  I was told of this report by one of my long time clients who sends me many referrals because of the quality of work I perform.  The motion I was accused of filing without my client's permission was a standard motion to get her thousands of dollars each month from her husband's income.  It is a necessary motion and was filed to help my client.  Interestingly, she allowed her new attorney to follow through with the motion and reaped the financial rewards from the motion I filed.

Beth Roth is a respected child psychologist who has worked with the family court for many years.  She was retained to provide a neutral opinion regarding an important issue with the parties teenage son.  Her report was not favorable to my client, as I had warned her that it might not be.

It is very difficult to convince a judge to go against an opinion given by a respected child psychologist regarding what is best for a child, especially when the psychologist was retained to be a Rule 11-706 expert, who is someone that is considered to be an arm of the court and is to give a strictly objective recommendation.  My client was warned of the risk but directed me to proceed with having Dr. Roth appointed as a court expert.

When Dr. Roth recommended against allowing what my client wanted, my client acted out so rudely in court that the judge threatened to call security and have her removed from the courtroom.  She continued to act out so loudly outside the courtroom that she was threatened with being removed from the courthouse.

I have practiced law in New Mexico since 1990 and cannot begin to count the large number of cases I have handled in the very difficult area of divorce and family law.  It is an emotional area of the law and when clients do not get what they want, their emotions often get the best of them.  I hesitated to respond to this critical report of me but felt compelled to defend myself against such outrageous and false accusations.  The one thing I have never been accused of is dragging out a case to make money.  Despite my vast experience in divorce and family law, I keep my rates among the lowest available, accept some of the smallest retainers of any attorney that I know, and still give free consultations.  My focus is on keeping my clients costs as low as possible while providing the best possible representation.  My reputation is crucial to my success as an attorney so I had to come here an rebut the false claims made by this person.
