Bill Cox, of Performance Direct, and Performance Strategies actively pursued me to come on board as a graphic designer in 2008. I was not hired on full time, but I did do almost 150 hours of freelance work in their offices.

I was not paid for 100 of these hours. Bill wrote me a check for $2000 (partial to the whole invoice), and the check bounced.

I offered for him to pay me in monthly installments, and have received no response to this.

I would stay far away from doing business with this man as he is not good for his $. He owes many people.

This has been very disappointing to me as a freelance graphic designer. I am one little person.
