Willaim Schmude contacted us for electrical work on his rental home. He was in a hurry to get the work done because he had already delayed the needed repairs and was not getting paid by the tenant. We change scheduling to meet his needs.

We found multiple instances of unlicensed work at his rental property. His property was also very messy from the tenants. We corrected the work at his rental property.

We then billed William Schmude for the work performed. William never responded to emails, calls or texts. William had ZERO intentions on paying us. We ended up reporting him to a collections agency.

William seems to care about his wife, kids and family but nothing about others.
