Willie Stamper took $3000 as deposit for cement, and $2500 as deposit for septic tank, and did not produce either. The hardwood floors installed throughout house has swollen. Floors must be replaced. Tile in Kitchen and marble in foyer, living room and sunroom is inferior workmanship. many uneven tiles throughout. Floors must be ripped up and reinstalled.
