Please Do NOT rent the property at 2918 Ambarwent Rd; Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068. Major plumbing issues exist that are unresolved! You will undoubtedly encounter excessively high water bills. The issue is known by Willie Steve Sloan and Alice Wright. Personal arrangements were made for rent and payment toward the existing plumbing issues leading to excessive bills and due to complaints filed seeking resolution; this pair filed eviction.

Despite payment of rent through MAY 2019 and exhibits demonstrated in Fairfield Municipal Court eviction was upheld. Understandable as Alice Wright’s father is a judge (According to Steve Sloan) and a losing battle was was being fought.  Couple did return April’s rent but claimed never received May (money order receipts still in hand and presented in court); I plan on reporting stolen since they “never” received.

I did receive monies back for paid water bills; however l, there is a balance of $735 due with a current bill on the way, so nice way to stick me with the plumbing issues that remain and was admitted to in court. Do not rent this property! If you do refuse to place water in your name. I don’t have a washer and bills are evident of issue. This is a  public announcement for potential tenant awareness. The water bills will exceed $545-$994 quarterly without a washer so imagine if you have one.
