Willow Green Manufactured Home Community charging certain residents for violations and ignoiring other residents for the same violationsraising rents for faliure to fill empty lots hiring security who do nothing but spy on residents RIPOFF Monroe Michigan

willow green trailer park has harassed certain tenants who have older trailers to try to get them out.They have put unnesacary rules on some tenants to get them to move. Some tenants who are on state or fedaral aid have nothing to be concernd about. They etamate water and sewer useage which is unfair. Someone who uses more water than some tenants pay the same as the other tenants.

They expect you to keep your lot up why empty lots are ignored by the park. Letters for violations are countinuosly sent to me after the fact. I was mowing my lawn the park manager drove bye. I waved at her she waved back the next day I got a letter about keeping my lawn up. I was sent a letter in oct of 2003 about trimming my hedges with snow on the ground instead of sending me one in sep.

Their practices make this a stressful community. You must be on your toes at all times because you may get evicted.
