I've bought here since 1987

Always wanted to support local businesses

But in the past few years these people have gotten so rude, it's not worth yet.

Bought a riding mower a few years back, in two months it broke, it was MY fault.

THe last straw was a chainsaw I bought there.

Worked two weeks then broke, again it was MY fault.

You try to talk to these people are they are just incredibly rude

Dear Sir,

You purchased an MS180CE from us, We offered to repair the broken recoil rope under warranty. During that time, we explained how pulling the rope to the side wore grooves in the plastic, which cut the rope. The warranty from Stihl covers defects in materials and craftmanship. Even though this issue was not a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we were going to repair the saw at no cost to you. However, you went to the shop and took the saw from us in the middle of repair. On your way out of the door, you threw the saw on the ground, and told us to keep it. Your saw was repaired the same day, after you left, and is available for pick-up if you would like it back. We will hold your saw for one month, in case you decide to pick it up.
